Revolution From Home's Retreat Cancellation Policy

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS:

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our cancellation policy is designed to protect both the team at Revolution From Home and all retreat participants (prospective and current).

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid we cannot recover. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.

CANCELLATION | Initiated by Participant

If you wish to cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, please email
support@revolutionfromhome.com.The following cancellation policy will apply...

For July 17-21, 2024 retreat bookings
Cancellation prior to July 3, 2024: ONLY if we are able to reassign your room to another participant will you be eligible to receive a full refund. 

Cancellation after July 3, 2024: no refund will be issued.

For October 6-10, 2024 retreat bookings
Cancellation prior to September 22, 2024: ONLY if we are able to reassign your room to another participant will you be eligible to receive a full refund. 

Cancellation after September 22, 2024: no refund will be issued.

CANCELLATION | Initiated by Revolution From Home

If Revolution From Home must cancel a booked Camp Motherworthy retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to a future retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

Revolution From Home is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Again, if you have any concerns please purchase travel insurance.
